With a Master’s degree in counseling psychology and thousands of hours of working with people as a therapist, I am experienced in helping people get un-stuck.

By combining my training in neuroscience, hypnotherapy, mindfulness and yoga, I am able to give you powerful tools for thriving with confidence and ease.

Mindfulness Training

I have spent the last 8 years working with individuals and groups to restore emotional balance through mindfulness and yoga. I have helped hundreds of people overcome anxiety, depression, body image issues and trauma by combining the powerful benefits of ancient practices with the latest in neuroscience.
